ABOUT RIGOR RV

My name is Jacob Burow and I am a Certified RV Technician in Omaha Nebraska.

As an RV owner myself, I saw the need for priority service because when you are getting ready for a camping trip is a bad time to find out that your RV is broken and there is a long wait for repairs. Many family vacations have been put on hold because of this. I started Rigor so I could provide rapid, on-site RV repair – so that you can quickly get back to what really matters – enjoying your vacation with the people you love. 

My passion is educating my customers on how to get the most out of their RV. Many expensive repair bills can be avoided with proper preventive maintenance, and as an RV owner myself I love teaching customers how to take care of their RVs. I also love educating customers on upgrades that help improve their camping experience. 

My family loves camping in our own RV, traveling to new places and spending quality time together. I know firsthand how important vacation time is and how much a broken wheel bearing can ruin an otherwise fun trip.
